Great contest. Weather wasn't as hot as expected. Conditions seemed up.
Felt like we had more people in this contest active than we had in past
years. Ran into issues with the battery array, will have to replace it
before September VHF. Met goal of a six grid rove, had to modify plans to
include a stop off at the w0eea barn. My father and brother drove the van
so I could work as soon as we popped into a new grid, which helped things
along. Roverlog worked so well I'm never going back to n3fjp as a rover,
it was just too easy to move back and forth between bands and the GPS
integration issues have been fixed. Thanks to Jim and Lou for the loan
of a working battery and 10g 24g WBFM radios. These additions helped
keep me on track for breaking my goal of 3k in UHF-AUG. Thanks Guys!

Plans are in the works. I'm planning on doing the below drive plan. May
attempt to switch log programs and try out RoverLog instead of N3FJP.
There appears to be better GPS integration in RoverLog that may speed up
grid changes as well as keeping the clock synced up with UTC. Working
to add 3456 band, we'll see how quick demi ships.
